Pricing and Typographical Errors
In the fast-paced computer and consumer products industries, prices can change without notice. We strive to minimize these changes and provide our customers with the most accurate pricing and products. Despite our efforts, a few items in our web store may be incorrectly priced.

If a product is mispriced due to typographical, photographic, technical errors, or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that particular product listed at the incorrect price.

Although we make every effort to verify pricing before charging your credit card, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on a mispriced product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your account.

Warranty Disclaimer
We offer a 30-day replacement and refund warranty to our valued customers, allowing them to examine and test the products accordingly. Although all items are tested before shipping, we are not liable for any damage caused during the installation of the product.

Payment Methods
Credit Cards – There is no additional charge for using your credit card. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your order. To avoid this delay, please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).

Returns, Replacement, and Refund Shipping
To ensure customer satisfaction, we have a dedicated customer service department, offer rapid email and phone support, and provide a 30-Day NO-HASSLE Money-Back Guarantee! We follow the basic rules listed below when honoring our guarantee:

The item must be covered by our policy.
Returns within 30 days of purchase allow customers to choose a replacement order shipped at no charge or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
Customers must contact us for all return requests. Packages MUST have an authorized, active RMA number to qualify and must be shipped back to the specified return shipping address, or the package will not be considered.
All returns must be repackaged as originally shipped, including all accessories, manuals, and software.
If a customer has purchased the wrong product or no longer needs the product, they can return the item in its original packaging. In this case, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping is not refundable.

How to Apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Please double-check that your order is defective or contains errors before initiating a return. Most orders returned to us test fine! If you need assistance with your item, we may be able to help. Contact us before initiating a return. Please note that we may only be able to answer basic questions and cannot offer intensive technical support.

Before contacting us, please gather all of your order details:

Name the order was placed under
A valid email address
RMA information will be emailed to you
Web store order number (found on the shipping invoice)
Payment date (found on the shipping invoice)
Reason for the return request
Contact us by email at [email protected]. You will receive a reply from us within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

Transit time: 5 to 10 business days
Refund processing: 1 to 3 business days
Refund to appear in your account: 5 to 10 business days
